[17:00] Due to the auto-provisioning system of our upstream provider, one of our core network machines was forcefully powered down.
This caused catastrophic failure of the machine, forcing us to boot into emergency mode to get the network operational.
In order to prevent this in the future, access has been withdrawn from the faulty upstream application.
We will be issuing SLA credit for the inconvenience this has caused our LA customers.
